Product Description
The Care Quip X9 Mobile Power Lift Pressure Care Chair combines powered lift-and-recline assistance, advanced pressure redistribution and carer-assisted mobility for users who spend extended periods seated.
Its pressure-care seating system combines memory foam, contoured multi-layer foam and a fibre-filled backrest with lumbar support. An integrated adjustable air cell within the seat provides additional pressure redistribution and can be inflated using the concealed hand pump.
The dual-motor mechanism allows the backrest and legrest to be adjusted independently. This provides a wide range of upright, elevated-leg and reclined positions while the powered lift function raises and tilts the chair forward to assist with sitting and standing transfers.
Four-way stretch vinyl is used across the contact surfaces to support pressure redistribution and ease of cleaning. The upholstery is fluid resistant, vapour permeable, fire retardant, antibacterial and non-allergenic. Removable seat and backrest covers assist with cleaning and infection-control procedures.
A rear push handle with handgrips and four 100 mm castors allow a carer to reposition the chair. Two castors include brakes to help secure the chair when stationary.
The X9 supports a maximum user weight of 130 kg and is suitable for aged-care, clinical, rehabilitation and supported-home environments.
