Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include all original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is defective
The item is damaged

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

NDIS Plan Types & Refund Handling

If your purchase is made under the NDIS, refunds are handled according to your plan type:

NDIA-Managed

Approved refunds will be processed by cancelling or adjusting the claim through the NDIS portal.

Plan-Managed

Refunds will be issued to your Plan Manager.

Self-Managed

Refunds will be issued directly to you.
