Product Description
The Care Quip BREEZY BasiX² Self-Propelled Wheelchair is a lightweight, highly adjustable manual wheelchair designed to support independent mobility at home, in the community and across rehabilitation or healthcare environments.
Its folding aluminium frame combines convenient transportability with a wide range of seating adjustments. The seat depth, seat height, push-handle position and footplate angle can be adjusted to accommodate individual positioning and mobility requirements.
Large quick-release rear wheels allow the user to self-propel the wheelchair and can be removed to reduce its size for storage or vehicle transport. Swingaway removable legrests provide clear access during transfers, while swingback removable armrests allow the chair to be positioned closer to tables and work surfaces.
Breathable padded nylon upholstery and a tension-adjustable backrest support everyday comfort. Anti-tip bars and rollers enhance stability, while heel straps, vehicle tie-down points and the rear amputee axle setting provide additional safety and configuration options.
The wheelchair is available in four seat widths from 380 mm to 520 mm, with each model supporting users weighing up to 125 kg.
