Product Description
The BREEZY Relax Self-Propelled Wheelchair is a highly adjustable tilt-in-space and reclining wheelchair designed to provide enhanced postural support, positioning and comfort for users with more complex mobility and seating requirements.
Its gas-assisted tilt and recline mechanisms allow the user or carer to adjust the seating position smoothly. The wheelchair offers a tilt range from -2° to 20° and a recline range from 0° to 40°, supporting upright activities, pressure redistribution, rest and supported positioning.
Large 24-inch solid rear wheels allow suitable users to propel the wheelchair independently. The padded seat is depth adjustable and includes an integrated pommel, while the height-adjustable contoured backrest supports customised positioning.
Additional support is provided by a removable padded headrest with adjustable side supports, removable height-adjustable armrests and swingaway elevating legrests with padded calf supports. The alloy frame and water-resistant upholstery make the wheelchair suitable for regular use in home-care, rehabilitation, aged-care and clinical environments.
Available in 460 mm and 510 mm seat widths, the BREEZY Relax supports users weighing up to 140 kg.
