The Komfi-Tilt Turner is a powered lateral positioning system designed to gently alternate the user between left, neutral and right positions while lying in bed. The system sits beneath the mattress and uses controlled inflation to redistribute body weight and reduce prolonged pressure on vulnerable areas.
It provides a 20–25° tilt with an automated 10-minute cycle and a quiet pump designed to minimise sleep disturbance. It is compatible with both foam and alternating air-cell mattresses and supports users weighing up to 200 kg.
