Product Description
The Molift Air 500 Ceiling Hoist Motor is a high-capacity overhead lifting motor designed for safe, smooth and dignified transfers for bariatric users and people requiring complex care. With a safe working load of up to 500 kg, it supports a wide range of lifting and transfer requirements when installed as part of a compatible Molift ceiling hoist system.
The compact single-motor design uses one lifting strap and is suitable for sitting transfers, horizontal transfers, repositioning, and selected standing or gait-training applications when used with the appropriate sling bar, sling and rail configuration. Its quiet operation with soft start-and-stop movement helps provide a more comfortable transfer experience for the user.
The Molift Air 500 features a 3 m lifting strap, allowing a large lifting interval and supporting selected floor-lifting situations. A quick-release mechanism assists with installation and servicing, while mechanical and electrical emergency lowering functions, an emergency stop and automatic service notifications support safe everyday use.
This product is a ceiling hoist motor only and must be professionally specified and installed with a compatible Molift rail system, trolley, sling bar and lifting sling.
