Product Description
The Care Quip Vito Plus Transit Wheelchair is a lightweight attendant-propelled wheelchair designed for convenient everyday mobility, transportation and storage. Its aluminium folding frame and fold-down backrest create a compact configuration that is easier for carers to lift into a vehicle or store when not in use.
The wheelchair features attendant hand brakes for improved carer control, along with solid puncture-resistant tyres that require minimal maintenance. Swingaway removable legrests simplify transfers and storage, while heel loops help keep the user’s feet safely positioned on the footplates.
Fixed desk-length armrests allow the wheelchair to be positioned closer to tables and work surfaces. Additional comfort and convenience features include breathable nylon upholstery, an adjustable buckle seat belt and a rear backrest storage pocket.
With a 460 mm seat width, a net weight of only 10.3 kg and a maximum user capacity of 100 kg, the Vito Plus is a practical transit wheelchair for home, community, aged-care and rehabilitation use.
