Product Description
The Care Quip Bath Transfer Bench – Sliding is designed to provide safer and easier access to the bath for users with reduced mobility, balance limitations, weakness, or difficulty stepping over the bath edge.
The user can sit on the moulded seat outside the bath and slide smoothly across the frame into the bathing position, reducing the need to twist, shuffle, or step over the bath wall. Anti-slide locking devices at both ends help secure the seat during transfers, while the supplied lap belt offers additional stability.
The lightweight aluminium frame adjusts in height from 495 mm to 590 mm, allowing it to suit different bath and transfer requirements. A curved backrest provides support while seated, and the integrated grab rail can be installed on either the left or right side. The textured plastic seat includes drainage holes to reduce water pooling and improve comfort during bathing.
