Premium Kinesiology Tape
Dynamic Taping is a novel approach that uses a specially designed, highly elastic tape to contribute energy into the kinetic chain. Developed by a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, it permits full range of motion whilst still providing strong support where needed. Dynamic Tape is designed to stretch in all directions (4-way stretch) and can stretch to over 200% of its resting length with no restrictive end point. The result is a tape that can contribute elastic potential energy to assist or resist, facilitate or inhibit, and offload or deload soft tissues in addition to the normal proprioceptive, neurophysiological, and circulatory effects of conventional tapes.

Dynamic Tape is designed to work mechanically and to alter movement patterns while absorbing load and re-injecting that energy back into movement, all without limiting range of motion. Kinesiology tapes are designed to work neurophysiologically, meaning they interface with the skin to alter pain perception, address lymphatic drainage, and encourage changes in neuromuscular function.
Comfortable & Non-Toxic Material
Dynamic Tape is composed of a synthetic stretch nylon & lycra cloth compared to that of Kinesiology tapes that are predominantly cotton. The tape is extremely soft to touch and highly conformable. The adhesive has been independently tested and rated as non-irritating, non-sensitising, and non-toxic. It is also applied in thin strips to enhance the skin’s ability to breathe. The material is breathable and allows water through to the skin but can be patted dry in seconds.
