The programmes include classic (manual, interval, fat burn, random), watts (constant watts, interval watts, hill watts), goal (time goal, distance goal, calories goal), and HRT (HRT weight loss, HRT interval), with a total of 12 programs. The bike's seat can be adjusted to 15 different positions, making it comfortable for users of different sizes.
