Product Description
The Care Quip BREEZY Relax Transit Wheelchair is a highly adjustable tilt-in-space and reclining wheelchair designed to provide enhanced postural support, comfort and positioning for users with more complex seating requirements.
Gas-assisted tilt and recline functions allow carers to adjust the user’s position smoothly. The wheelchair offers a tilt range from -2° to 20° and a recline range from 0° to 40°, supporting different resting, care and daily activity positions.
The padded contoured backrest is height adjustable, while the depth-adjustable padded seat includes an integrated pommel for additional positioning support. A removable padded headrest with adjustable side supports helps support the head and upper body.
Removable height-adjustable armrests, swingaway elevating legrests and adjustable calf pads allow the wheelchair to be configured around the user’s needs. Attendant-operated drum brakes at the push handles provide greater control, while the 16-inch solid rear tyres offer reliable, low-maintenance performance.
Available in 460 mm and 510 mm seat widths, the BREEZY Relax Transit Wheelchair has a maximum user capacity of 140 kg and is suitable for home care, rehabilitation, aged-care and clinical environments.
