Product Overview
The suspension system is designed with rubber components to offer a quiet and comfortable ride by absorbing everyday vibrations and bumps. The large front drive wheels enable the chair to navigate through outdoor obstacles, while the pivot bar stabilizes it on cambers and corners. The 4-pole high torque motors provide excellent maneuverability and a smooth driving experience at speeds of 6 or 10 km/h, making it appropriate for most indoor and outdoor uses. A Gyro module option enhances straight-line driving at higher speeds, for those who require higher speeds, 12.5 km/h motors are available. The chair is equipped with either 50 or 60 Ah batteries, providing a good driving range. An upgrade to 78 Ah batteries is available to extend the range even further.
The Sango FWD's seat height is ultra-low at 38 cm when fitted with 12" drive wheels, allowing for easy positioning under tables and desks, and driving into wheelchair-accessible vehicles. The chair can also be fitted with the Dahl docking system, allowing it to be driven from a powered wheelchair.
