Product Description
The Action 3NG Lever Drive Wheelchair is a specialised one-arm-propelled manual wheelchair designed to support greater mobility and independence for users with one-sided weakness, reduced grip strength or limited upper-limb function.
Its innovative lever-drive mechanism allows the wheelchair to be propelled using a push-forward and pull-back movement with one hand. An integrated gear selector enables the user to change between forward and reverse travel, while turning the lever controls steering. Pulling the lever back against the rear wheel activates the braking mechanism.
The drive lever can be installed on either the left or right side to suit the user’s functional arm. Three seat-width options are available, including 410 mm, 460 mm and 500 mm.
The wheelchair features a durable black powder-coated steel folding frame, swingaway removable legrests and swingback height-adjustable desk-length armrests. A tension-adjustable backrest, car-style buckle seat belt and vehicle tie-down points provide additional comfort, positioning and transport support.
With a maximum user capacity of 125 kg, the Action 3 Lever Drive Wheelchair is suitable for home, rehabilitation, healthcare and supported-living environments. Professional assessment is recommended to confirm the appropriate drive side, seat size and wheelchair configuration.
