Filled with premium silicone-coated cylindrical fibres, the cushion is engineered to retain its loft and shape over time without flattening, ensuring consistent support and long-lasting comfort. The unique doughnut-shaped design features a central opening that helps relieve pressure on vulnerable areas while reducing friction and shear forces that contribute to pressure injury development.

The cylindrical fibre construction promotes continuous airflow around the skin, helping regulate temperature, reduce heat build-up, and maintain skin health. The specialised silicone coating also provides moisture resistance by helping prevent perspiration and bodily fluids from penetrating the cushion, improving hygiene and durability.
