Product Description
The Care Quip Glide 1 Transit Wheelchair is a durable, Australian-made attendant-propelled wheelchair designed for reliable mobility in hospitals, aged-care facilities, rehabilitation centres and community-care environments.
Its folding stainless-steel frame provides long-term durability while allowing the wheelchair to be folded for easier transportation and storage. The hard-wearing vinyl upholstery is easy to maintain, making the chair particularly suitable for facilities where mobility equipment is used regularly.
Swingaway removable legrests and removable armrests support easier transfers, positioning and storage. A removable calf strap provides additional lower-leg support, while the compact transit-wheel configuration allows an attendant to manoeuvre the chair through corridors, rooms and other restricted spaces.
The Glide 1 Transit Wheelchair is available in 400 mm, 430 mm and 460 mm seat widths, with polished stainless steel, Island Blue and Merlot finish options. All variants have a maximum user capacity of 100 kg.
