Product Description
The Care Quip Soxon Stocking Aid is a soft and flexible dressing aid designed to help users put on socks and stockings without excessive bending or reaching towards their feet. It is particularly suitable for older adults, people with reduced mobility and individuals recovering from hip, knee or back surgery.
The flexible fabric gutter holds the sock open while the user slides their foot inside. Long pulling straps with large loop handles allow the aid to be operated comfortably from a seated position and are suitable for users with reduced grip strength.
The fabric surface helps keep the sock or stocking securely positioned during application. Once the foot is inserted, the user pulls the straps upwards to guide the garment over the heel and onto the lower leg.
