The Care Quip CuroCell A4 Cirrus is a fully automatic hybrid pressure-care mattress replacement system designed for users with complex pressure-management, comfort, and skin-integrity needs. It combines responsive air cells with a soft foam surface to provide effective pressure redistribution while maintaining a stable and comfortable lying surface.
The mattress is suitable as an aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries up to and including Category 4, subject to clinical assessment and an appropriate pressure-care plan. Its distinctive wave-like pressure cycle is designed to provide gentle support and is particularly suited to users experiencing pain, palliative-care needs, or sensitivity to more pronounced alternating movements.
The fully automatic control unit continually adapts mattress pressure to the user without requiring manual weight entry. Multiple therapy modes—including alternating, pulsating, and constant low pressure—allow the system to be configured for individual comfort and clinical requirements. An integrated heel function provides additional pressure relief around a particularly vulnerable area.
Available in Single and King Single, the Care Quip configurations support users weighing up to 230 kg and include the mattress, hygienic cover, and control pump.
