Product Overview
Relieves Tense Muscles
FlexEze Heat Patches are a safe, clinically proven, drug free, convenient way to relieve lower back pain and tense or tight muscles for up to 12 hours. Each patch contains a soft, flexible backing that adheres to underclothing and can be removed easily. It bends and flexes as you move, providing low level heat therapy - helping you stay active. The ability to keep moving whilst receiving low level heat to the lower back has been demonstrated in multiple randomised controlled trials to reduce back pain. FlexEze is also ideal for muscular aches and tightness, sore joints, sports injuries, tendon or ligament strains, sprains, pelvic pain and menstrual cramps. Available in a counter display box of 50 FlexEze Heat Patches measuring 10cm x 13cm.
Gradual Warmth
FlexEze Air-Activated Heat Patches are designed to warm gradually and reach maximum heat in approximately 30 minutes. Air-activated, we recommend you do not open the pouch until ready to use.
Eco-Friendly Ingredients
FlexEze contains safe, eco-friendly ingredients. Iron powder, charcoal, salt and vermiculite. The contents of used FlexEze Heat Patches can be emptied into the garden, to act as a soil improver.

How to Use:
- Insert 1 or 2 FlexEze Heat Patches into FlexEze Body Wrap without removal of backing paper. Face paperside away from body. If not using Body Wrap, the Heat Patch can be adhered to underclothing. Do not apply directly to skin.
- Position wrap around desired treatment area and fasten velcro when in desired position.
Ideally suited for the low back region, but may also be wrapped around other joints and body parts.
Warning
Do not use if you are diabetic or on areas that are swollen or bruised. Check with your doctor if you have poor circulation or are pregnant. If you have rheumatoid arthritis - consult your doctor or pharmacist before using to determine if heat will be helpful.
