Product Description
The Immedia TwinSheet4Glide Incontinence Mattress is a specialised in-bed positioning and transfer system designed for incontinent users with severely reduced mobility. Featuring an integrated absorbent incontinence layer, it supports safer turning, repositioning, hygiene care and horizontal transfers while helping reduce friction and manual-handling strain for carers.
The system is suitable for people with complex care needs, including users with dementia, brain injury, pain, pressure injuries or limited ability to assist with repositioning. It can be used for side positioning, moving higher up in bed, personal hygiene routines, wound care and bedding changes.
Available as a full-length mattress or as separate upper and lower sections, the two-part design allows the lower section to be removed when greater access is required for hygiene care, pressure-area management, dressing changes or replacing soiled components. Integrated handles underneath provide carers with a secure ergonomic grip and can support use with a compatible hoist.
For full low-friction positioning performance, the TwinSheet4Glide Incontinence Mattress is designed to be used with a compatible Immedia 4WayGlide LPL NylonSheet with Lock, sold separately.
