Price Beat Terms & Conditions
  1. The offer must be for an identical product: the same brand, model, specification, colour and included accessories.
  2. The competitor must be an Australian retailer and the product must be new, genuine, in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  3. We compare the competitor’s current total delivered price in Australian dollars, with any compulsory delivery or handling charges included.
  4. After we verify an eligible lower price, our price will be 5% lower than that verified price.
  5. The offer excludes marketplace or auction sellers, overseas and private sellers, used, refurbished, ex-display or demo products, clearance or liquidation sales and pricing errors.
  6. The competitor offer must be publicly advertised and valid when we verify the request. Evidence such as a working product URL or written quote may be required.
  7. The Price Beat cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Product quantity may be limited and approval remains subject to verification.
  8. We may correct genuine errors or decline requests that do not meet these conditions. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
