Easy Application of Compression Stockings
Our Popular Stocking Donner is designed to help individuals with limited strength and mobility pull on stockings or socks with ease. Simply stretch the stocking over the central frame to the heel pocket and then step into the sock while pulling up the donner handles. Ideal for those who have limited use of their hands, the assistive device features comfy foam grip handles to gently slide on compression garments.
Helps Reach the Feet Without Bending
Helping maintain independence and confidence for those who need help getting dressed, the stocking donner is both compact and lightweight for storage and travel. It measures 13-½” high, 7” wide between the handles and 4-¼” wide at the foot insert. The stocking donner eliminates the need to bend at the waist, allowing for easy application and reduces the risk for injury and strain.
Use in a Seated or Standing Position
The smooth and durable epoxy finish helps prevent snags when pulling on compression garments. The steel frame holds hosiery so you can step in from a seated or standing position. Thigh and waist height stockings can also be applied using the stocking donner with the lower leg applied in the same manner as a knee length stocking and then pulling the upper portion into place by hand.
