Product Description
The Care Quip P5500 Pull-Apart Electric Homecare Bed provides adjustable positioning, caregiver-friendly height control and convenient transportability for home care, rehabilitation and supported-care environments.
Its electric profiling system allows the user or caregiver to adjust the bed height, backrest and knee section using the easy-to-operate handset. Forward and reverse Trendelenburg positioning provides further flexibility for care, repositioning and comfort requirements.
Unlike conventional one-piece healthcare beds, the P5500 features a practical pull-apart design. The bed can be separated into manageable sections and secured in a compact transport configuration, making it easier to move through doorways, install in private homes or store between periods of use.
The bed is constructed with a durable powder-coated steel frame and attractive oak-finish head and footboards. Four 100 mm locking castors support controlled movement and secure positioning, while the 200 kg safe working load makes the bed suitable for a broad range of users.
Available in Single and King Single sizes, the P5500 is a versatile electric homecare bed for short-term care, long-term support and assisted living applications.
