Product Overview
Security Home Bed Rails easily install to a twin and full-sized home bed. Double side models fit up to queen sized beds. Use two single side rails for king sized bed. Support tube fits between the box spring and the mattress, and are also preinstalled into bed rails. The powder-coated, high-strength steel rails can be positioned using snap buttons, simply raise or lower them to your patient's or resident's needs.
