Product Description
The Care Quip Side Rail Wedges provide padded protection between a bed mattress and compatible side rails. Their contoured wedge-shaped profile helps close the space beside the mattress, reducing direct contact with hard bed rails and helping prevent arms or legs from protruding through rail openings.
Each wedge is manufactured from soft medical-grade foam and covered with durable two-way stretch polyurethane vinyl. The vapour-permeable, wipe-clean surface supports hygiene and easier maintenance in home care, aged care, hospital and supported-living environments.
Supplied as a complete set of four, the wedges can be positioned around compatible bed side rails to provide broader protection along both sides of the mattress. Each wedge measures 890 mm long and extends approximately 400 mm above the mattress surface.
